BWS&A - Building Stones, Inc. understands the obstacles and how to deal with them, perhaps better than any other organization.

Ben W. Sheppard conducted a four-year research program at six different operations. The results were staggering. One operation alone, recovered the 12.1 million dollars expended during the research. Recovery of costs was completed in less than four months. In every case BWS&A clients have experienced a significant reduction of incidents while at the same time reducing operational costs and improving productivity.

Resistance to change
