ABOUT THE TRAINING
Our training initially looks at leadership styles
and competencies. We assist each individual to identify their
strengths and weaknesses and then we begin to develop leaders. We
teach each individual the value of being a good leader, and how to
motivate others. When people reach a certain point in their
leadership training, we begin to teach them how to work as a team.
Leaders cannot foster teamwork; if they do not know how to be part
of a team themselves.

How long does the training take?
There are a series of three courses,
Essential Leadership, Interactive Communications, and Advanced
Leadership. Each course is designed as a stand-alone course, except
to attend the Advanced Leadership Course you must first attend each
of the first two courses.
Each course in the series takes approximately 32 hours to complete.
Can the Training be done on site or near
our site of operations?
Yes - the training can be conducted at a site
of your choice, providing the site meets the training criteria
requirements.
We have an executive class that is conducted in Coeur d’Alene,
Idaho. This is a 5-day course.
Who should be taking the Training?
Many companies have trained all personnel
within the company. Training should begin with management and
supervision.
What is the cost of the training?
The cost of the training varies with the
number of participants and the location where the training is
conducted. Companies will usually reap a reward many times the cost
of the training.
